Despite having “Bots” in our name, we are humans here too and we understand that emergencies happen. Should something arise that may affect the event, please let us know as soon as possible, and will do our best to accommodate. Refunds for exceptional circumstances may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Part-E-Bots.

How does the photo layout customization process work?
If you desire more rounds of editing beyond the one included in the Customization Fee, we are happy to work with you until we get it right. However, additional rounds of edits will incur a fee of $5.00 for each new proof created. We must receive final approval for a template at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. No further editing will be done within 24 hours of the event. If we don’t get a final approval by this time, we will use the last proof we sent as your photograph template.
